Ava joined Berry & Co's Queenstown office in 2007 after practising family law in Christchurch for 17 years.
An experienced senior lawyer, Ava's expertise is focused in family law.
Her expertise includes;
• Advising on care of children issues, domestic protection and relationship property matters, and
• Representing clients on Family Court issues including those requiring defended hearings |
Ava receives Lawyer for Child appointments from the Ministry of Justice, and is a member of the New Zealand Law Society's Family Law Section.
Ava, who has two adult daughters, was born and raised in Dunedin and is a University of Otago graduate. In her spare time Ava enjoys reading, travel, movies, gardening, walking and exploring Queenstown and Central Otago. |
